About Joshua Kanter

Joshua Kanter works for Properties in Costa Rica in the Dominical-Uvita office offering professional real estate services around Playa Dominical and the Southern Pacific Zone of Costa Rica.  He has been a resident of Costa Rica in the Dominical area since 2005 and lives the ‘Pura Vida’ in paradise with his wife and two young daughters.  Joshua enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, hiking, outdoor activities, and working with interesting people to help make their dreams possible.

He moved to Costa Rica after completing his undergrad studies from the University of Florida and also receiving his MBA in Management and International Business from The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida.   He met his wife here, fell in love, and has never left.

Joshua has worked in Real Estate since relocating here and has over 8 years of experience and extensive local contacts.  He utilizes these contacts and experience to work diligently with you to find the perfect property or manage and protect your investment.  Properties in Costa Rica is a full service concierge for those interested in buying for retirement or a second home, development and investment land, or hotel in Costa Rica.

DOMINICAL PROPERTY offers professional real estate brokerage services around Playa Dominical and Costa Ballena area of Costa Rica.  The company is founded on personal service and building long lasting relationships with our customers.   After learning about a customer’s desired criteria via phone, Skype video conference, or exchanging emails  then potential properties will be suggested; as opposed to trying to “sell” a client on something that is not right for them.   There is no unified MLS system in Costa Rica and we can help filter through the massive amount of information online to match a client with the correct area and property.  We will work with each client as their qualified Buyer’s Agent for as long as it takes to find their perfect piece of paradise.
